Grand Canyon National Park will open for limited day-use May 15-18. Visitors may only enter at the South Rim Entrance Station from Arizona 64 between 6 and 10 AM. Desert View Drive is open to Navajo Point, where drivers will be required to turn around. Grand Canyon Village and all facilities, trails, hotels, restaurants, and campgrounds within the park remain closed. All the major viewpoints along Desert View Drive are closed, including Grandview Point, Moran Point, and Lipan Point. Minor viewpoints (pullouts) along the road will be open, including Pipe Creek Vista, Twin Overlooks, Duck on a Rock, Thor’s Hammer, No Name Point and Navajo Point.
